S&M Family Outlet is a family owned business since 1955.  Joe and Steve Stoma now have four stores with locations in Texas and Louisiana.   
We only buy merchandise that offers great value to our customers.  We buy inventory that offers top labels at deep discounts.  S&M purchases our merchandise through many sources like top manufacturers, catalogs, specialty and department stores from all over the United States.  For over 50 years, offering you more style for less money! 
Store Stocks
Many exclusive stores have too much merchandise at the end of the season.  We buy it from them and sell it to our customers at a fraction of the original retail price.
 
Factory Overproduction
We buy the 10% to 20%  excess that a manufacturer produces when he contracts with a retailer.
 
Closeouts
When a product is changed (new style, new packaging) there are always some “old ones” left that retailers don’t want.  We buy these from vendors and manufacturers.
 
Catalog Buyouts
When a mail order house is ready to come out with a new catalog they many times have stock that will not be included, even if it was a great seller, because they don’t have a full range of sizes or the item is no longer available.  That gives us the opportunity to buy what’s left at a great bargain.
